Who We Are
BOUND by Love & Magick is a queer-owned, family-run metaphysical business built from two things at the heart of everything we do: love and magick.
At BOUND, we believe magick is for everyone with right intentions. Whether witchcraft has been part of your life for decades or you just picked up your first crystal because it was pretty and made you happy, you belong here.
We’re AJ and Midnight - two witches, partners in life, crystal lovers, weavers, and forever students of magick. BOUND grew from the life we were already creating together: a home filled with crystals, herbs, tarot cards, candles, tiny bits of magick, and probably more witchy things than we have reasonable places to put them. What began as something we loved soon became something we wanted to share.
What We Believe
We believe magick can be powerful without being complicated.
It can be a carefully planned ritual under the full moon - or a crystal tucked into your pocket before a hard day. It can be tarot, Reiki, herbs, spellwork, intention, meditation, or simply finding something that makes you feel a little more connected to yourself and the world around you.
There is no test to pass and no “right” way to be spiritual. You don't need to know all the terminology. You don't need to practice the way we do. And you definitely don't need to have everything figured out before you walk through our door. We want BOUND to be a place to explore, ask questions, learn, play, and discover what feels like magick to you.
We’re also intentional about what we bring into our shop. We choose crystals and other pieces because something about them speaks to us, and many of the things you'll find at BOUND are handcrafted by us — spell jars, fairy gardens, and other creations made with our own intention and magick.
Our Story
BOUND began with love, magick, and — honestly — crystals slowly taking over every surface in our house.
We’re AJ and Midnight - partners in life, love, and magick, and the witches behind BOUND. Midnight is a heritage witch whose craft is deeply connected to her ancestry, intuition, and generations of family tradition. AJ is a witch and Reiki practitioner whose practice centers energy, balance, and the divine masculine and feminine. Together, we bring our different paths and shared love of all things magickal into everything we create.
We first shared that love as Conway Family Crystals, but our magick quickly grew beyond crystals. As we began creating spell jars, fairy gardens, offering Reiki and tarot, and dreaming up new ways to share magick with others, we realized our name needed to grow with us.
And so, BOUND by Love & Magick was born — a name that better reflects who we are, what we create, and the love and magick that bind it all together.
